The project involves renovating an educational building with a unique architectural style. Extensive acoustic work was required, in particular to deal with the large volumes (halls, catering, multi-purpose room, CDI) and classrooms, which were initially poorly insulated. CLARITY STUDIO is acting as acoustician for all the studies and site supervision. The project began with a major measurement campaign to establish an acoustic diagnosis of the existing building and determine the acoustic solutions to be provided.
Acceptance of the works is scheduled for 2027.
The winning consortium is made up of Spie Batignolles as lead contractor, along with BRS for the architecture, Celine Orsingher (landscape), CET Ingénierie, Spie Batignolles énergie and AMOES.
