Winner of the architectural contest in 2019, the project management team led by m-a-o architects finalized the studies for this new operation located in the heart of the 19th arrondissement.
The existing building will be demolished to construct social housing. One of the special features of the project is the use of a concrete of hempe and wood on the facade, in order to limit the use of carbonaceous material. Clarity have paid particular attention to the composition and implementation details of the concrete of hempee to ensure that regulatory acoustic objectives are met.
Delivery is scheduled for 2021.
