The city of Nîmes will host the future Nîmes Olympique stadium with a capacity of 15,000 seats and a new district for a total surface area of 90,000 m². Delivery is expected in 2025 and 2026 for the eco district.
This large-scale program is part of the socio-economic dynamics of the city, which is also characterized in this project by the creation of numerous facilities (housing, shops, offices, school, etc.).
Valode & Pistre is the architectural firm in charge of this major project.
CLARITY is in charge of acoustic studies and construction monitoring.
