The project involves transforming and extending the former IUFM building, with the opening scheduled for the start of the 2027 school year.
In addition to renovating the existing structure, the project includes the construction of a brand-new school building and a modern cafeteria.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the design has placed particular emphasis on controlling noise from technical equipment to preserve the quality of life for local residents. The project also aims for HQE Sustainable Building certification. Through detailed acoustic studies and reinforcement of the preserved existing floors, the school is designed to provide acoustic comfort comparable to that of a newly built facility across the entire site.
CLARITY STUDIO is proud to be contributing as the project’s acoustics consultant, working alongside BOUYGUES and Atelier BW since the early design phase, and is now pleased to begin supporting the construction phase of this ambitious operation.
