Clarity Studio is acting as acoustic consultant for the design team on the construction of 168 apartments on plots A and B of the ZAC Concorde in Lille, alongside GBL Architectes and BMGV Architectes.
The scheme comprises three buildings with a total floor area of 14,082 m², including around 1,000 m² of ground-floor retail space. Located at the entrance to the regenerated district, it forms the transition between the future Parvis des Cèdres and the urban park.
The project has strong environmental ambitions : NF Habitat HQE certification (level excellent).
Our mission : to carry out the acoustic studies that will ensure the comfort of future residents. These cover in particular the sound insulation between apartments and from the retail units, the control of noise from building services, especially ventilation, which is essential in a passive building, and protection against external noise.
Construction began in early 2026, with completion scheduled for 2028.
