Construction work has begun on the new Lino Ventura cultural and event venue in Avrillé, near Angers.
Designed by Chartier-Corbasson Architectes, the venue will host performances, concerts, community events, seminars and trade shows. Located at the entrance to Georges Brassens Park, it will feature three flexible performance spaces and accommodate up to 450 seated or 1,000 standing guests.
CLARITY STUDIO is responsible for the acoustic design of this multipurpose performance venue. Our scope notably covers room acoustics, sound insulation between spaces and the control of noise generated by building services.
We are delighted to see the project move into the construction phase alongside Chartier-Corbasson Architectes and Scénarchie.
