The project concerns the construction-rehabilitation of the new conservatory, divided into three separate buildings within the Château Thierry de Ville d’Avray (FR):
- The Auditorium, which will offer a capacity of around 200 seats in a new underground building.
- The Pavilion, which will be rehabilitated taking into account heritage constraints. It will accommodate the musical practice and training rooms.
- The Orangery, which will house the dance center.
The constructive principles are studied to offer high acoustic insulation performances, internal acoustic quality adapted to each practice, all developed down to the smallest detail, in a careful architecture.
