This project will bring together students, researchers, startups, employees of SMEs / ETI / large groups and citizens.
This space will include 500 coworking seats & offices, 9 meeting rooms / courses, 8 creative rooms, 7 class / training rooms, 1 amphitheater (172 people), 1 divisible conference room (280 people), a multisport field, and many other rooms.
The project aims for a double certification BREEAM and WELL. CLARITY is in charge of acoustical studies within the Project Team composed of Octagon / Octopus and EGIS.
