CLARITY Studio's mission is to carry out the acoustic studies that will ensure the comfort of future residents. These cover in particular the sound insulation between apartments and from the retail units, the control of noise from building services, especially ventilation, which is essential in a passive building, and protection against external noise.
Located at the entrance to the regenerated district, it forms the transition between the future Parvis des Cèdres and the urban park.
This project also has strong environmental ambitions with NF Habitat HQE certification.
